Poachers

Poachers
'Poaching' - a tiny word but full of vile, pain and cruelty. I still can remember the day I first heard the word poaching along with a photograph in a news paper. the photograph broke my tiny heart into pieces. I was thinking as if I was the baby elephant by the side of its dead mom. I was weeping all night long.

As I grew up I almost forgot that incident. But a news shook me again. A team of poachers were killed while following some rhinos. Where? Inside a wild life reserve. How? They were attacked by a pride of lion.

for past few years poaching has increased. And those who are killing tigers, Royal Bengal tigers, rhinos and elephants are from the grass root level. they are not getting as much as their products around the world. so, it is easy to understand their financial condition. In Africa every year many poachers die while doing this crime. Still After knowing this they are not stopping.

Financial problem may devastate any one. But if these poachers can get proper training and opportunity to work in different industries they may turn themselves away from these heinous activities.

Governments of different countries and organizations are planning and conducting operations to catch these criminal groups who are doing environmental crimes. these criminals work as a group and they have local, regional, national, or transnational levels. Awareness building seminars and discussions can be organized. And the rate of killing of poachers should be publicized in the area

Along with the government and other non-government organizations citizens and fashion designers should take part in this great activity. They may help the endangered animals by boycotting buying and making dresses and accessories made from the body parts of animal. they should boycott wolf fur dresses, snake skin dresses or any kind of dresses and accessories made of animal skin, fur, Ivory etc.

Use of ivory, rhino horn in folk medicine also help to smuggle , specially elephants and rhinos as they are announced as endangered animals. Nowadays donating for wildlife conservation has become easier.Anyone from any part of the world can take part in this activity.
